1Pass is redefining fitness in Saudi Arabia, offering users flexible access to 250+ gyms and activities through one subscription. We're growing fast and looking for an acquisition expert to drive the next phase of mobile app growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior User Acquisition Specialist, you will own the execution of user acquisition campaigns for the 1Pass mobile app.

You will be responsible for scaling app installs and subscriptions efficiently, across multiple channels, and optimizing for CAC and LTV.

You will work cross functionally with creatives, product, and data teams to fuel our aggressive growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google UAC, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets with a focus on reducing CAC.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to build, test, and iterate high performing ad creatives (UGC, video, static).
  • Execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for App Store and Play Store visibility.
  • Run A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing experiences.
  • Analyze data, build acquisition dashboards, and report on KPIs: installs, cost per install (CPI), cost per subscription (CPS), CAC, activation rates, and churn.
  • Contribute ideas for growth experiments and new acquisition channels (e.g., influencer partnerships, corporate wellness programs, local event activations).
  • Stay on top of industry trends in mobile app marketing and performance channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition for mobile apps (B2C, subscription model preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving profitable app installs and user activation.
  • Deep expertise across acquisition channels: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google UAC, ASA.
  • Experience using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Strong analytical skills: Excel, Google Analytics, Firebase, MMP dashboards.
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to execute independently, take ownership, and drive results.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market and consumer behavior preferred.
