Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Media Buyer (E-Commerce) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for strategically planning, executing, negotiating, and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple digital media channels.

The role focuses on maximizing ROI, scaling profitable campaigns, optimizing budget allocation, and achieving key e-commerce KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and revenue growth. The Senior Media Buyer will lead complex media strategies, analyze performance data, and continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to drive online sales.

As a senior-level contributor, the Senior Media Buyer acts as a strategic partner to internal teams, ensuring high-performing customer acquisition and retention strategies, efficient funnel management, and sustainable growth across paid media channels.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing / media buying with an e-commerce background.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale paid campaigns while achieving ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience in budget planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing large ad budgets is a plus.
