Job Description

Lead and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns by analyzing audience insights, developing social media strategies, managing budgets, and tracking performance. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure campaigns achieve objectives while staying on trend with the latest social media and technology developments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
  • Execute media buys across digital, broadcast, print, and out-of-home channels
  • Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
  • Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.
  • Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
  • Negotiating with advertising Sales Executives to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
  • Manage advertising budgets, adjust pacing to stay on track and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
  • Generate reports on KPIs, impressions, clicks, conversions, and costs
  • Ensure ads are trafficked correctly and meet deadlines and specs
  • Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
  • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • 3 5 years of experience in media buying
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and DSPs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk)
  • Experience in working with B2B
  • Proven experience in working on lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency in media buying software and analytics tools
  • Understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, frequency, reach, and conversion metrics
  • Experience with campaign pacing, budget optimization, and performance tracking
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Time management and multitasking in deadline-driven environments
  • Collaboration and communication across creative and media teams
  • Preferred: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic platform training
