We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Buyer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep platform knowledge, and proven experience in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop data-driven media buying strategies aligned with campaign goals (lead generation, conversions, sales, awareness).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify audience trends and opportunities.
- Prepare media plans, budget allocation, and performance forecasts.
2. Campaign Management
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)
- Manage high-budget campaigns efficiently with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
- Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
3. Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Perform daily performance analysis and implement optimizations to improve KPIs.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with creative teams to guide creative direction based on data insights.
4. Reporting
- Build detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights, recommendations, and future optimization plans to stakeholders.
- Maintain clean dashboards and tracking documentation.
5. Budget Management
- Manage monthly and quarterly advertising budgets.
- Ensure efficient spend pacing and maximize ROI.
6. Tracking & Technical Setup
- Collaborate with developers to ensure correct tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters).
- Troubleshoot events, conversion tracking, and attribution issues.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 46+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing medium to large budgets.
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
