About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a performance-driven mindset, and proven experience managing large advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROAS and CPA targets
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Develop media buying strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams
• Prepare detailed performance reports and forecasts

Requirements:

35+ years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable results

Solid understanding of tracking, pixels, and analytics tools

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce and Lead Generation
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Agency experience
