Job Description

Job Title: Performance Media Buyer (Lead Generation Specialist)

Location: Cairo

Type: Full-Time

The Challenge:

Marketing a service especially education is different. You aren't selling a physical object; you are selling trust, expertise, and a result.

We need a Media Buyer who understands that the Click is just the beginning. You will build the funnels that turn strangers into applicants.

What You Will Do:

High-Intent Lead Gen: Execute campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and TikTok specifically optimized for Lead Generation (Instant Forms & Website Conversions). Your goal is CPL (Cost Per Lead) balanced with Quality.

The Nurture Strategy: Build sophisticated Retargeting Funnels. You know that a student needs to see us 7 times before they trust us. You will set up the ads that follow them with testimonials and success stories.

Pipeline Qualification: You won't just dump numbers on the sales team. You will use conditional logic in forms (e.g., asking What is your budget or When do you graduate) to filter out unqualified leads before we pay for them.

Ad Copy Psychology: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure our ads address the pain points of our service (fear of visa rejection, confusion about applications) rather than just generic Apply Now messaging.

Data Feedback Loop: You will sit with the Sales/Admissions team weekly to ask: The leads from Campaign A didn't pick up the phone, but Campaign B converted. Whyand then you optimize accordingly.

What We Need From You:

Experience: 24 years in Performance Marketing, with a specific focus on Services or Lead Generation (e.g., Education, Real Estate, Banking, Medical, or high-ticket B2C).

Lead Tech: Mastery of Meta Lead Forms (and how to hook them to CRMs) and Landing Page optimization.

Budgeting for ROAS: You understand that a Service Lead is more expensive than an E-commerce click, and you know how to justify the ROI.

Google Search (Intent): Experience with Google Search Ads is highly valued (capturing people actively searching for study in UK).

Analytical Mind: You can look at a funnel drop-off point and fix it.
