We are looking for a highly strategic, data-driven Senior Performance Media Buyer to lead and scale our paid marketing across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), as well as e-commerce selling channels including Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and Google Shopping.
This role is for someone who thinks in ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, and LTV, understands scaling budgets profitably, and knows how to turn winning creatives into consistent daily sales.
You will be responsible for building and managing a multi-channel performance engine that can generate predictable, scalable revenue for Babebella.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute high-impact advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, YouTube and more.
Launch, monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns for conversion, sales, retargeting, and LTV growth.
Manage large daily budgets responsibly, with a deep understanding of CBO vs ABO, scaling rules, and creative testing frameworks.
Build structured testing systems (creatives, audiences, placements, hooks, angles) to consistently find new winners.
Multi-Channel Marketplace Management
Optimize product listings, keywords, bids, PPC campaigns, and sales funnels on Amazon, Noon, and Jumia.
Improve category ranking, Buy Box win rate, click-through, conversion, and pricing strategy.
Track competitor performance and adjust marketplace strategies based on real-time data.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Own all performance dashboards and analytics for paid media and marketplace channels.
Analyze campaign data daily to optimize ROAS, CPA, Frequency, CPM, CTR, and Landing Page metrics.
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels to maximize profitability.
Work closely with the creative team to brief, plan, and test new high-performing ad concepts.
E-Commerce Funnel Optimization
Improve user journey from ad landing page checkout.
Collaborate with the dev team to improve page speed, conversion rate, and tracking accuracy.
Ensure accurate tracking on all channels using pixel + server-side events (Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, PixelYourSite, etc.).
Budget Management
Plan, allocate, and scale budgets across platforms to hit weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Identify wasted spend and reallocate toward high-performing campaigns.
Forecast performance and deliver accurate reporting to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with the creative team, content creators, influencers, graphic designers, and product teams to build winning advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the operations team to align ads with inventory and product availability.
Align marketplace pricing with promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with proven track record in scaling e-commerce brands.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting systems.
Experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon, Noon, and Jumia.
Deep knowledge of analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
Ability to manage large budgets and hit strict ROAS/CPA targets.
Experience working with high-volume Shopify/WooCommerce stores is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
