Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves developing detailed project schedules, managing production planning, monitoring progress, and implementing project control processes to ensure timely and successful project completion. The candidate will also coordinate effectively with various teams, facilitate communication, and provide analytical insights to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction & contracting companies
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
• Knowledge of baseline programs, recovery schedules, and delay analysis
• Experience in UAE construction projects is required
• Strong coordination and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and baseline programs
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly & monthly reports
• Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule compliance
• Support claims and EOT submissions with planning data
