Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver IT projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and WBS.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with project personnel and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project status reports.
• Select and manage vendors or consultants when needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery and time-to-market.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 57 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects.
• PMP or Agile Scrum certification (must have at least one).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Proven experience in developing WBS, project plans, risk assessments, and implementation strategies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience preparing professional reports, ROI analyses, and progress updates.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and optimize delivery mechanisms.
