ANAROCK Middle East is expanding and is currently seeking Senior Property Consultants with a proven track record in both secondary market and off-plan sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate, with strong expertise in secondary and/or off-plan sales
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
• RERA certification preferred
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-value property sales transactions from start to completion
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful transactions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize exposure and lead generation
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Stay up to date with market trends and new project launches
• Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
