This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will engage in advising clients, effectively communicating with potential and existing customers, and guiding them through the buying process. Responsibilities also include analyzing the real estate market, supporting clients in their property decisions, and driving sales through excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of the industry.

• Strong expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with the ability to analyze market trends and provide sound recommendations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and addressing client needs effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a strong advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.
