Senior Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing client relationships, handling property listings, negotiating sales and lease agreements, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves delivering personalized customer service to meet clients property needs and objectives.

• Strong experience in Consulting and offering tailored property solutions
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
• Proven expertise in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate market and trends in Dubai
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and property listing platforms is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
