Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate guidance to clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and supporting them throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process. The role entails identifying potential client needs, providing tailored property solutions, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the consultant will stay updated on market trends to provide accurate recommendations and insights.

- Strong consulting and sales skills, with the ability to achieve targets and develop strategies that align with client needs.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build trust and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills to facilitate successful property transactions.
- Previous experience in real estate or property consulting is highly desirable, along with proficiency in relevant software tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
