Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in making informed decisions about real estate transactions, providing property consultations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include promoting properties, conducting market research, negotiating sales, and ensuring seamless and professional interactions with clients to meet their real estate needs. The consultant will also guide clients throughout the buying or selling process to deliver optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, with a proven track record in the real estate sector
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to benefit clients
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is highly preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
