Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property market analysis, fostering strong client relationships, and assisting clients in making informed real estate decisions. Additional responsibilities include managing sales transactions, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to ensure a seamless property acquisition or leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Consulting and Real Estate expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated aptitude in Sales and ability to achieve targets
• Proficiency in market research and property evaluation
• Professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Familiarity with property management software and tools
