Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property options, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed market insights to support informed decision-making. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling inquiries, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the full sales or leasing cycle from initial contact to closing. The Senior Property Consultant will maintain an updated portfolio of listings, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in sales meetings, and contributing to achieving branch and company performance targets.

- Prior experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or in a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, manage a dynamic schedule, and handle multiple clients and properties concurrently.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with a professional and ethical approach to all client interactions.
