Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property transaction cycle, including understanding their requirements, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable residential and commercial options. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of listings, following up on leads, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing contracts in coordination with relevant parties, and ensuring a smooth closing process. The role involves market research, monitoring local real estate trends, and providing informed advice to clients to support sound investment decisions. The Senior Property Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and deliver high-quality customer service that reflects the Coldwell Banker brand standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide expert property advice and market insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and managing client expectations.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are advantageous.
- Prior experience in real estate brokerage or property consulting, especially in the Egyptian market, is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online property platforms; fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial.
