Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, providing top-notch customer service, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and presenting comprehensive property solutions to meet client needs. Collaboration with the sales and consulting teams is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of market trends and investment best practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales, including negotiating deals and achieving targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
