This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will manage client consultations, provide expert guidance on property investments, and develop tailored solutions based on client needs. Responsibilities include promoting real estate offerings, negotiating sales transactions, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves staying informed about real estate market trends and building relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver tailored property solutions
• Experience in the real estate industry, with knowledge of the local market preferred
• Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
