Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves advising clients on commercial and residential property investments, conducting market research, and preparing comparative analyses to support decision-making. The Senior Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions, while maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing accurate documentation, and staying updated on market trends, regulations, and new developments.
