Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on property sales and acquisitions, maintaining strong client relationships, and facilitating successful transactions. They will engage in market research, conduct property viewings, ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration with team members and continuous learning about market trends are integral to the role.

Qualifications

Strong Consulting and Sales skills to identify client needs and achieve property transactions effectively

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain professional client relationships

In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry and market trends

Proven ability to meet sales goals and work within a dynamic team environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience as a property consultant or in a similar sales role is an advantage

High level of self-motivation and goal orientation

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for real estate operations
