Role Description The Senior Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing presentations, and explaining market options. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing tailored property recommendations, and negotiating offers. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all documentation and transactions comply with company standards and local regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Consulting skills to assess client needs and provide strategic property advice
• Excellent Communication abilities for clear, professional interaction with clients and colleagues
• Customer Service skills to deliver a positive client experience and build long-term relationships
• Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes
• Proven experience in a senior real estate or property consulting role
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage a dynamic, client-facing schedule
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for managing client information
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
