Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves providing expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities, conducting property viewings, and building relationships with customers to meet their needs. Responsibilities also include effectively communicating property features, managing sales processes, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets. The consultant will also stay updated with market trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, advising clients, and providing tailored real estate solutions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals in the real estate market
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including market trends and investment strategies
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and maintaining an organized sales pipeline
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or property consulting is highly desirable

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• Weekend: Friday
