Senior Property Consultant

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join our team in a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored property solutions, and building strong customer relationships. You will also guide and assist clients in making informed decisions about real estate investments, conduct property viewings, and manage negotiations to successfully close deals. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and providing expert property solutions to clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Experience in Real Estate, with a deep understanding of property markets and trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals successfully
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
