Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investments, providing expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The Senior Property Consultant will prepare and present proposals, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. This role also involves building long-term relationships, staying updated on local real estate regulations, and representing Views Investments professionally at all times.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with proven experience in advising clients on property transactions and market opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present complex information effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in the Egyptian real estate market, proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
