Role Overview:

As a Senior Relationship Manager - Arabic Speaker (RM) you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships between the organization and its clients, customers, or partners. Their primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, encourage long-term engagement, and support business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business through various channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients with focus on Arabic-speaking market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their trading needs and preferences.
• Address client concerns and inquiries swiftly and provide personalized support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Offer ongoing support to ensure clients are well-informed and comfortable with the trading platform.
• Educate and train potential clients on the company's products.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector.
• Regularly communicate with clients and provide them with market analysis, research reports, and trading insights.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and relevant events to enhance the network and industry knowledge.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience as a Relationship Manager in Forex and CFDs.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Must possess an existing book of clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a major plus.
