Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves managing and closing leads, coordinating sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, guiding prospective buyers through the purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales team member will also mentor junior team members, analyze market trends, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience in meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
Experience in Training and mentoring team members to elevate overall team performance.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related industry is an advantage.
Requirements:
Proven real estate sales experience ( Required 2 to 3 years experience )
Strong negotiation & closing skills
