Senior Sales Engineer

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales activities and providing customers with innovative product solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding and addressing customer requirements, delivering technical support, preparing and presenting tailored product demonstrations, and building strong client relationships. The engineer will also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, including the ability to present technical solutions and drive business growth.
• Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to address client needs and troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients, gather requirements, and devise tailored solutions.
• Proficiency with relevant technical tools, software, and systems; prior experience in a similar field is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, parking management systems, and related technologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
