Job Description

Lumin Systems: is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand market presence.

The role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, engaging with senior decision-makers, and delivering revenue targets within enterprise environments.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals to senior and executive-level clients.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and competitive offers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction while driving retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 58+ years of proven B2B or enterprise sales experience.
  • Strong experience in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English is required.
