Job Description
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals to senior and executive-level clients.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and competitive offers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while driving retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 58+ years of proven B2B or enterprise sales experience.
- Strong experience in managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience selling to banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Fluency in English is required.
