Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Giza. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to meet and exceed business revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the implementation of efficient sales processes. The role requires setting measurable goals, driving sales performance, and collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Territory Management
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to drive performance, meet targets, and work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and general computer skills
- Experience in the relevant industry or market is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)

Working Days: 6 days, from Saturday to Thursday
