We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise across the full SAP Ariba suite, combined with strong SAP MM and S/4HANA integration knowledge. You will work directly with clients across various industries to optimize procurement and sourcing processes, lead implementations, and deliver scalable Source-to-Pay solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations covering Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Buying & Invoicing modules
- Optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles for client environments
- Configure and manage Ariba-S/4HANA integration via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), cXML, IDocs, and APIs
- Set up and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) including material master, vendor master, and purchasing data across Ariba and S/4HANA
- Design and customize flexible approval workflows using BAdI enhancements and rules-based approvals
- Enable and configure Guided Sourcing, sourcing templates, and contract workspace processes using Ariba contract authoring features
- Manage Commerce Automation and Ariba Business Network buying scenarios
- Implement app extensibility features including custom email templates, Advanced Transport Organizer (ATO), and Fiori application enhancements
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver tailored SAP Ariba solutions
- Liaise between clients and SAP as needed, including incident management and enhancement delivery
- Deliver training sessions and documentation for end users, business stakeholders, and management
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba consulting experience
- Minimum 2 full end-to-end Ariba implementations in a lead or senior capacity
- Proven expertise across Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management (SLP), Buying & Invoicing, and Guided Buying
- Strong experience with Ariba-S/4HANA / ECC integration using CIG (Managed Gateway), cXML, IDocs, and APIs
- Solid understanding of SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification
- Experience with Commerce Automation and Ariba Business Network
- Familiarity with BAdI enhancements, rules-based workflows, and app extensibility features
- Exposure to Fiori applications, RPA implementations, and BW reporting is a plus
- At least 2 active SAP Ariba certifications (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, or Integration Suite)
- Strong client-facing and management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA
