• Source qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
• Conduct virtual interviews via Zoom
• Manage and support mass hiring activities efficiently

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mass hiring
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
