Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As BuyerSide continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to build, develop, and support a high-performing team.

This is a broad, hands-on HR role covering recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee development, and company culture.

The successful candidate will work closely with BuyerSide's leadership to attract strong real estate talent, establish effective HR processes, improve team performance, and create a professional and engaging workplace.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Recruit experienced sales advisors and employees across different business functions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates from the real estate brokerage industry.
• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave records, deductions, incentives, commissions, and employee documentation.
• Develop and implement structured onboarding, probation, appraisal, and performance-management processes.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance-review systems in coordination with department managers.
• Identify training and development needs and organise initiatives that improve employee performance.
• Plan team-building activities and initiatives that strengthen engagement, collaboration, and company culture.
• Support employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and maintain clear communication between employees and management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, employment records, and organisational structures.
• Strengthen BuyerSide's employer brand across LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, universities, and industry networks.
• Prepare HR reports and track recruitment, retention, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian labour regulations and internal company policies.

• Minimum of 2 years of HR or recruitment experience within a real estate brokerage company is required.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales profiles, brokerage structures, commissions, and recruitment challenges.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, payroll administration, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate-assessment skills.
• Ability to independently build and organise HR processes in a growing company.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of organisation, confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR, payroll, attendance, or applicant-tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Golf Central, Palm Hills, 6th of October.
