Job Scope

Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions, ensuring timely, high-quality hires aligned with business needs. The role acts as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers, supporting workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, and recruitment reporting, while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities across entry-level, professional, and middle-management roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, referrals, and social media, building sustainable and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and HR, including career page content, social media presence, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, university events, assessment days, and recruitment campaigns, supporting talent attraction and early-career pipelines.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates using structured and competency-based methodologies, delivering high-quality shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with line managers by managing interview scheduling, selection decisions, while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and actively develop a talent database and succession pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to assessment centers, selection exercises, where applicable.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and pipeline updates to management, providing insights on hiring progress, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Support broader HR operational and administrative initiatives as required, ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE Labour Law.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting within the UAE market; healthcare, retail, or pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with employer branding, career fairs, campus recruitment, or assessment centers is a strong plus.
  • CIPD Or SHRM is a plus.
