We are seeking a ServiceNow Service Design Lead on a 1-year contract to drive a large-scale, greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation in Abu Dhabi.
This strategic role focuses on building an enterprise-wide service framework across IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement—ensuring ServiceNow operates as a structured service platform rather than a traditional ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern enterprise service taxonomy and catalogue structure.
- Design end-to-end workflows, including approval hierarchies, SLA/OLA models, and fulfilment logic.
- Lead workforce lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) service design, aligning with IAM and ERP systems.
- Establish KPI frameworks, reporting models, and continuous improvement processes.
- Drive UAT cycles, stakeholder alignment, and business sign-off.
- Define operating models, governance forums, and long-term service catalogue management.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management / ITSM.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow catalogue implementations.
- Strong expertise in enterprise service design, workflow automation, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with HR service management, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion), and IAM tools (e.g., Saviynt).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to structure complex, multi-domain enterprise environments.
