Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Interior Design & Fit-Out to lead the delivery of luxury interior projects from concept to handover. The Project Manager will coordinate between clients, the internal design team, and external contractors, ensuring that design intent is respected, work on site is properly supervised, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Vivify's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle for interior design and fit-out projects (residential, commercial, hospitality)

Act as the main point of contact for the client, consultants, and contractors

Coordinate with the design team to freeze layouts, details, material selections, and 3D presentations

Prepare and monitor project programmes, timelines, and milestones

Oversee site supervision activities, ensuring fit-out works by external contractors follow approved drawings and specifications

Lead regular site and coordination meetings; issue minutes and follow up on actions

Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups in line with design intent

Monitor project budgets, variations, and payment milestones in coordination with management

Ensure adherence to quality, HSE requirements, and project documentation standards

Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover to the client.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field

3+ years of project management experience in interior design/fit-out projects (UAE experience )

Proven track record delivering luxury residential and/or commercial interior projects

Strong knowledge of interior details, finishes, and fit-out processes

Excellent client-facing, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to lead multiple projects and manage site teams and external contractors

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera) is an advantage
