Position Overview
Safwa Glass is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, compliance with safety standards, and timely completion of tasks. Applicants from India and Pakistan are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and technicians.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
- Report daily activities, challenges, and progress to project management.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Resolve site-level issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, glass installation, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multicultural teams effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Basic proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
