Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, implementing and growing our brand presence across social platforms, improving marketing efforts and increasing sales through impactful content, paid campaigns, and strategic influencer collaborations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

Manage daily activity across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) including scheduling, posting, and engaging with the community.

Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Content Calendar:

Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar that aligns with marketing goals, key campaigns, and product launches.

  • Social Media Advertising:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. Monitor performance and optimize for better ROI.

  • Content Creation & Videography:

Shoot and produce engaging video content for reels, stories, and ads. Familiarity with basic videography is a must.

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

  • Video Editing & Design:

Edit videos and create graphics using tools like Canva or similar platforms. Ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.

  • Push Notifications:

Write and manage mobile push notification campaigns that drive engagement, app traffic, and conversions.

  • Influencer Marketing:

Prepare monthly influencer marketing plans, identify suitable creators, and draft creative briefs/scripts to guide influencer content.

  • Email Marketing:

Assist in creating email campaigns including writing content, segmenting lists, and tracking performance.

  • Performance Tracking:

Analyze the effectiveness of social media and influencer campaigns using platform insights and tools. Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 12 years of proven experience in social media marketing or content creation.
  • Arabic is preferred; Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CapCut, VN & Canva.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, creative and with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • E-commerce background is preferred.
