Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Spot Listing Business Development Executive. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with Cryptocurrency Projects and Founders to promote our cryptocurrency exchange and achieve ambitious targets for deal closures and new client acquisition. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing relationship management, performance tracking, and revenue generating leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for cryptocurrency and a proven track record in business development to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Identification and Outreach: Identify, research, and contact potential founders and project owners within the cryptocurrency and finance communities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VCs, other supporting service providers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with Web3 Partners to develop creative and engaging promotional campaigns that resonate with their target audience. This includes brainstorming content ideas, negotiating campaign terms, and ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the cryptocurrency market.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market campaigns and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Market Share Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand awareness within the assigned region.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. Experience working with cryptocurrency projects is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. Ability to track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a strong desire to contribute to its growth.
