Role Summary – Structural Design Engineer (SBC & ACI)
Location: Dokki, Giza
Working Hours: Full-time – 8 hours/day
AIM United Ltd is seeking to recruit a Structural Design Engineer with proven experience in structural projects designed according to the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and ACI standards. The successful candidate will join our dynamic structural engineering team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality structural designs for regional and international projects.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Structural DesignEngineering
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant structural design tools
- Mandatory: Prior experience working on at least one project following the Saudi Building Code (SBC)
- Strong technical understanding of SBC and ACI standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360)
- Understanding of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000)
- Knowledge of steel and concrete design principles
- Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination in BIM environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Previous experience in fast-paced design consultancy settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop structural design models using Revit in alignment with SBC and ACI requirements
- Collaborate with architecture and MEP teams to ensure effective multidisciplinary coordination
- Review and update design documentation, shop drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements
