Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Strategy Manager.

What will you do

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for Raya Holding and its subsidiaries to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage, and increase shareholders value.
  • Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry dynamics, emerging trends, and customer needs. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors strategies, performance, and market positioning. Assess competitive advantages and areas for improvement for Raya's portfolio companies.
  • Trend Identification: Stay informed about technological advancements, regulatory changes, new products, and economic factors that could impact the industry. Identify emerging trends that may present new opportunities or threats.
  • Conduct geographic expansion analysis to identify and evaluate new regions or countries for subsidiary expansion—including market size, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, cultural fit, and entry feasibility—and present prioritized recommendations.
  • Financial & Risk Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and risk analysis of new opportunities to inform strategic decisions, ensuring the sustainability and profitability of each subsidiary.
  • Investment & Partnerships: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, commercial collaboration, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, to expand the group's portfolio and market presence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and external partners, to support strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of subsidiaries against established business strategies, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

What will you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Professional experience: 8-10 years.
