Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the full recruitment function. The role will focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across site-based and corporate roles, ensuring the business has the right people in place to deliver projects successfully and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with senior management to understand workforce planning requirements.
- Forecast hiring needs across projects and departments.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to onboarding.
- Source candidates for site roles (Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors, etc.) and head office positions.
- Oversee advertising, agency management, direct sourcing, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and manage offer negotiations.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with project directors and department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to leadership.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen the company's presence within the construction talent market.
- Build relationships with industry networks, universities, and professional bodies.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 510+ years experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of construction roles and project-based hiring.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple sites.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and visa processes (if applicable).
