We're Hiring | Talent Acquisition Manager Real Estate Brokerage (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join one of our real estate brokerage company RealCo Capital under the Ariana Group.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on recruitment experience within Dubai's real estate brokerage market and is motivated by a performance-driven compensation structure.

Key Requirement (Mandatory):

Minimum 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience

Real estate brokerage experience in Dubai is mandatory

Role Responsibilities:

End-to-end hiring for real estate agents, sales leaders, and support roles

Partner closely with business leaders to meet hiring targets

Build and manage strong talent pipelines

Drive recruitment strategy in a fast-paced brokerage environment

Compensation:

Fixed salary: AED 15,000 + Commission on each successful hire

Earnings are not limited to salary - performance-based upside
