Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for Agthia Group PJSC. This role requires strong independence, strategic sourcing capabilities, and deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
TAP will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, deliver data-driven hiring decisions, an ensure an exceptional candidate experience while upholding Employer Branding and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business units across Agthia Group.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans to identify passive candidates.
- Build strong talent pipeline aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and capabilities.
- Provide market insights, salary recommendations, and recruitment analytics to stakeholders.
- Manage candidates experience and ensure smooth hiring process from first contact to onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter (Advanced Search, InMails, Pipeline Management) to attract and engage with candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive candidate experience and employer value proposition.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven success in FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, experience with ATS and data analytics.
- Highly autonomous, self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
- Familiar with FMCG industry, trends, roles and skill sets; ability to advise on market conditions and salary benchmarks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field
