The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Optimized onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into them roles from day one.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end hiring, from job posting to selection.
Conducted exit interviews with employees leaving the company
Discovered and resolved complex employee issues that affected management and business decisions.
Qualifications:
. 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or Business Partner( blue- collar is must).
Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Microfinance industry.
Excellent communication and strategic hiring skills.
