Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client accounts in an agency environment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions while ensuring timely delivery, high-quality candidates, and a strong client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client requests
  • Post job ads and proactively source candidates through multiple channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct phone screening interviews
  • Conduct HR interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews
  • Collect, document, and share client and candidate feedback
  • Manage offer communication and candidate follow-up
  • Track hiring progress using internal tracking tools and reports
  • Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future needs
  • Ensure professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced recruitment environment is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-oriented and service-driven mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-driven
  • CV screening and candidate assessment techniques
  • Interviewing and evaluation skills
  • V. good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking tools is a plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  • Adapt quickly in a dynamic, agency-driven environment
