They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who has operated inside fast-growing scale-ups and understands what structured, high-quality hiring looks like when velocity increases.
This is a strategic, systems-oriented talent role responsible for shaping how they hire across multiple verticals while ensuring rigor, clarity, and exceptional execution.
- 2-4 years in Talent Acquisition within high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Experience hiring across multiple verticals (technical and non-technical) and locations (remote and onsite).
- Proven track record of building structured hiring systems in scaling environments.
- Experience with assessment platforms (TestGorilla or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and workflow tools like Asana.
- Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, AI sourcing tools, workflow automation platforms) is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Experience hiring in a scale-up environment.
- Salary 16-19k depending on experience & benefits.
