Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional tasks will include developing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, and creating a high-quality candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting processes
- Knowledge and experience in developing and managing Employer Branding initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and on-site professional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
