Gunners Media FZE is looking for one additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete our new Talent Acquisition team.

Two Talent Acquisition Specialists have already joined, and we are currently hiring the third and final team member. All three new team members will start and receive training together.

We are looking for someone with real recruitment experience who knows how to proactively search for, approach, and attract talent rather than relying only on incoming applications.

About the Role

The position focuses on two main areas:

1. Employee Recruitment

Recruiting qualified candidates for the company's internal vacancies.

1. Creator Acquisition

Sourcing and recruiting Content Creators for Live Streaming and UGC Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal company vacancies, from sourcing and headhunting through screening, interviews, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate further interviews with management.
• Proactively search for and recruit Content Creators for Live Streaming and UGC Campaigns.
• Conduct direct outreach to potential creators, introduce the opportunity, handle objections, negotiate, and follow up until successful onboarding.
• Provide newly recruited creators with basic onboarding and initial training on the essential requirements, processes, and fundamentals needed to get started.
• After completing the initial onboarding and basic training, hand over creators to the Creator Management team for ongoing management, follow-up, and development.
• Build and maintain organized candidate and creator recruitment pipelines and databases.
• Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
• Achieve monthly Employee Recruitment and Creator Acquisition targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and direct headhunting, not only screening incoming applications.
• Strong ability to independently identify, approach, and attract potential candidates.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job platforms, and social media platforms.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets and KPIs.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, organized, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Candidates living in Nasr City or nearby areas are preferred.
• Previous experience in Creator Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media Recruitment is a strong advantage.

Important Requirements

• This position is not suitable for fresh graduates.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience is required.
• We are specifically hiring at the Talent Acquisition Specialist level, not for a Senior or Managerial position.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately and should not currently be committed to another job that requires a notice period, as the selected candidate will start training together with the other two newly hired Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• This is a Talent Acquisition position, not a Creator Manager or Social Media Specialist role.
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist's responsibility for creators covers recruitment, basic training, onboarding, and handover. Ongoing creator management and development are handled by the Creator Management team.
